What everyone asks
What is the difference between "Active" and "Idle"?
Active is time in which the employee typed or moved the mouse. Idle is time in which the employee was connected but did not use the computer. Together they make up connected time.
What does "Disconnected" mean?
The employee closed the connection window without signing out of the server. The session remains open, and this time is counted separately, not as part of working time.
Can you see what employees type?
No. Only times are collected. There are no screenshots, and no access to content or personal data.
Where is the data stored?
With you, on your own server. It is never transferred to any external server.
Does it slow down the server?
No. Every version is tested for CPU, memory and disk usage, and the software was built for servers with dozens of users.
How are updates delivered?
Automatically. Every update is digitally signed and verified before it is installed.
Which servers does it support?
Windows terminal servers, RDS and RDP. The software is installed on your server and is available in Hebrew and English.
How much does it cost?
₪236 per server per month, VAT included, with unlimited employees. Optional add-ons are ₪59 per month each, VAT included.

Am I allowed to monitor my employees' working hours?
Terminal Audit is built for transparency: it is visible to the employee, collects only connection and activity times, does not read content and has no hidden mode. We recommend informing employees in advance and addressing the matter in a company policy or in the employment contract. For a legal question about your specific case, consult a lawyer.
What does drive mapping show?
Only the names and sizes of files and folders, so you know what is taking up space on the server. The software does not open or read file contents, and it has no ability to delete.
